Hardware/Software CodesignPrerequisites:Recommended for:Graduate students in Computer Science or Computer SystemsOrganization:Mainly lectures given by the teachers, which will be supplemented by seminars prepared by the participants.The course runs every Wednesday 10-12 from March 25th 98 until may 98.
The course can be supplied to other universities via videoconferencing. Contents:
Goals:To present techniques for the concurrent design, or co-design, of hardware and software. Special emphasis will be placed upon methods and tools used for the development of embedded systems which are dedicated to specific applications and consist of tightly coupled hardware and software components.Litterature:Course book: Software Design for Real-time systems by J.E.CoolingCourse folder including the Rubus material, tutorials and exercise, and documents and lectures for the control part.
