Graduate student conference 2000
at
Chalmers
March 16-17, 2000.
Aim
The conference is a forum for discussion of real-time
research in Sweden where ARTES Real-Time Graduate students
are given the opportunity to present and discuss their work.
Presentations
The participanting graduate students are encouraged to give a 20-30min
presentation (including discussions) based on a position
statement/extended abstract/paper to be submitted no later than February 28, 2000.
Submissions
Submittions of position statement/extended abstract/paper (max 15 pages; no specific
formatting requirements) via e-mail in postscript or pdf format to
artes@docs.uu.se no later than February 28, 2000. Copies of the submitted
material will be distributed at the conference, but no formal publication
will be made. [The submissions do not need to be original, but should be
of general interest and related to to the ARTES/PAMP profiles.]
Conference fee
There will be no conference fee for ARTES Real-Time Graduate students
and ARTES will cover the costs for one night accomodation at Hotel Pamorama (ARTES has reserved rooms).
Senior researchers, industrial engineers and others are welcome to
attend at a cost prize of 1000 SEK. ARTES can send an invoice.

Please indicate your intention to participate in ARTES Graduate Student Conference 2000 via e-mail to artes@docs.uu.se, no later than February 28. Clearly state if you are RT-graduate student and/or planning to submit a paper. For others please submitt invoice address for the 1000 SEK fee.
